  1. Where can I get the complete information of a particular School?

    Search for the School and then click on the name of the School to get all the information regarding a School. You will be able to view only Schools that have registered with us and we are striving to make this a comprehensive information source of all Schools.

  2. What specific areas are focused on in the School?

    The main focus is on presenting a consolidated list of all the Schools for the user, the services provided and the regular interaction amongst the parents and teachers of a School.

  3. How can I get access to this website?

    If your child’s School is registered, you can contact the head of the School to access the site. If you own a School, register on the site and a representative from yourschool.in will get in touch with you.

  4. Who else can view the messages that are sent to my child?

    Only the parent that is logged in can view the messages sent to him/her. The teacher who sent the messages also can view the messages sent by the teacher. Others do not have access to view the messages.

  5. Why can’t I login to the site?

    These can be the reasons you may not be able to login to the site

    • You have not been given access to the site. Contact the School and request for access.
    • You have given invalid credentials while logging into the site. Contact the School to have your password reset.
    • You have been disabled from using the system by the School. Contact the School in getting access to the system.

    On the Home page, you will find the register with us link, complete your details and a representative from yourschool.in will contact you in setting up your School.

  3. How do I upload pictures?

    Login with the user credentials and follow the steps:

    1. Click on Photo Gallery menu item.
    2. Click on the album image.
    3. In the page that is displayed click on add picture link.
    4. Enter the picture label name and upload the picture.

  4. What are the benefits of being a featured School?

    The name of the featured Schools will be displayed on every page that users of the system visit. It is a good promotional mechanism for schools that want extra visibility.

  5. How can I make my School a featured School?

    If your School is already registered contact the system administrator for making your School a featured one.

  6. What is the difference between a Franchise and a School?

    A Franchise is an organization which looks after a number of Schools already running in the system. The users of the franchise have access to all the School information for each of the Schools registered under them.

  7. How can a franchise be registered with yourschool.in?

    A franchise that wishes to register with this website has to contact yourschool.in and we will get in touch with you. Please click on the contact us link to get information on how to contact us.

  8. Can one School see the information of another School?

    Information of the School is of two kinds – public information and private information. About the School, contact information, public photographs and the services offered by the School can be seen by anyone. Information that is private such as messages can only be seen by users who are logged in.

  9. How can I un-register from this system?

    Contact the call center for yourschool.in and a representative will get in touch with you in completing the formalities.

  1. How do I change my password?

    Login with the user credentials and follow the steps:

    1. Click on Change Password link on the top of the screen.
    2. Enter details in Current Password, New Password, Retype New Password and click on Reset Password.
    3. A notification mail is sent to the user with the reset password.

  2. How can a parent contact the teacher/head of the School?

    The parent will have to be logged in to contact the head/teacher of the School. If you do not have an account, contact the School that your child goes to and request for an account. Using the system a parent can message the head of the School or the concerned teacher of your child.

  3. Who are the different kinds of users in the system?

    Different kinds of users are: System Administrator, Franchise, Teachers and Students. System Administrators are users that have access to all the Schools. Franchise users are users that have access to all the Schools that belong to a franchise. Teachers have access to the School that they teach in and student have access to only the information that is relevant to them.

    On the home page, there is a Latest News on the Website section which provides the current event details.

    The information hosted on the website can only be viewed by users who are logged in based on their role within the system.
